Ready to discover how Chile’s renowned wines are made? We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Valparaíso and head south.

After a journey of about 30 minutes, we’ll arrive at a winery in the Casablanca Valley, one of the three coastal wine-producing areas bordering the Santiago Metropolitan Region. The Casablanca Valley is also part of the Aconcagua wine region, one of the most important in Chile.

Upon arrival at this family-run winery, you will take a guided tour of its vineyards. Two types of red grapes are grown in the Casablanca Valley: Pinot Noir and Syrah. Additionally, two main varieties of white grapes are cultivated: Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

Throughout the vineyard walk, you will learn about the care each type of grape requires. The wine-making tradition of the Chilean coast, where exceptional red and white wines are produced, will be discussed. The visit will then continue in the winery area, where you will see the wine production process firsthand.

To conclude your visit, you will partake in a tasting of one red and one white wine from Casablanca. Through these tastings, you will appreciate the nuances of the valley’s wines and discover the characteristics of aroma, color, and body that make them distinctive and popular.

Finally, you will have a few minutes of free time in the winery shop, where you can purchase limited-edition bottles, wine accessories, local crafts, and other products.

At the end of the experience, you will return to your hotel in Valparaíso, arriving approximately 3.5 hours after pickup.
