How Does It Work?

Your All-Inclusive Pass will be activated upon its first use, allowing access for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 7 consecutive days, based on your selected booking option.

Each pass permits one-time entry to every attraction. Present your pass at the designated attractions, and you can proceed directly inside.

While a date selection is required during booking, the validity period for your pass extends to one year following the purchase.

Children Under 3

The All-Inclusive Pass is applicable for children aged between 3 and 12, while many attractions permit free admission for those under 3. It is advisable to visit the official websites of specific attractions for detailed information.

This voucher is not an entrance ticket. It cannot be redeemed for paper tickets nor is it valid to access any of the tourist attractions.

Your confirmation email includes an attachment. Please check that the PDF document contains the passes you have purchased with one QR code for each user. If you do not receive the PDF, please send us an email at www.civitatis.com/es/contactar/.

Print or download your pass or passes to use your tourist pass:

Print your pass: Download and print the PDF with the corresponding passes and city guidebook.
Download your pass: Download and save the PDF on your mobile device or tablet and scan your pass at the entrance of the various attractions you want to visit.

Your Go City San Diego All-Inclusive Pass or All-Inclusive Pass Plus is not activated by downloading it. To activate your pass and access any of the attractions or activities for free, just show your mobile pass (or printed ticket) at the main entrances of the attractions. From the first use, you can then use it for the following 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 7 consecutive days.

The Go City San Diego All-Inclusive Pass only allows one visit to each attraction.

Some of the attractions are subject to availability and you must book in advance directly with the local company. The digital guidebook includes information about which attractions you must book in advance and their contact information.

Local bank holidays may affect the opening hours of the attractions included in the pass. Please keep in mind that you will not be refunded (partially or totally) if the attractions are closed on local public holidays.

Although you must select a date when booking, your pass will be valid for one year from the day of purchase.
