Ferry to Isla Mujeres
At your selected departure time, you will embark on the ferry to Isla Mujeres. This trip to the picturesque Caribbean island takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes. You’ll have the opportunity to unwind and enjoy the scenic views from the upper deck.
Additionally, you can access the air-conditioned lower deck of the ferry, offering a cool escape from the tropical heat for maximum comfort.
Activities in Isla Mujeres
Once you dock on the island, you will have ample time to explore its stunning white-sand beaches such as Playa Norte, which is adorned with palm trees, hammocks, and numerous bars and restaurants. It’s an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere!

On the day of the activity, you can take the ferry from either of the following two terminals:
- Departures from Playa Tortugas: Blvd. Kukulcan. Km 6.5, Cancun Hotel Zone, Mexico
- Departures from Playa Caracol: Blvd. Kukulcan Km 9.5, Cancun Hotel Zone, Mexico
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ferry departure time.
Additional Info
- The ticket entitles you to carry one piece of luggage per person not exceeding 25 kilos (55 lbs). The sum of its dimensions cannot exceed 142 centimeters (56 in). (Example: 45cm + 70 cm + 25 cm).
- The ticket is not associated with any specific timetable; it is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be exchanged at the ticket office of the terminal agencies for the time you wish to depart.
