Windmills, thousands of flowers, cheese tastings, and more await you on this day trip to the Keukenhof Gardens and Zaanse Schans from Antwerp.

Day Trip Details

At the indicated time, we'll meet at number 191 Jan van Rijswijcklaan. Once we are all together, we will board a bus to start our tour to the Netherlands.

First, we will head to Zaanse Schans, known for its beautiful village atmosphere. We will stroll among its famous windmills and traditional wooden houses, dating back to the 17th and 18th centuries.

After learning about the historical importance of the Zaanse Schans windmills, we will visit a clog workshop. A master shoemaker will demonstrate how these wooden shoes are made, showcasing a typical Dutch craft.

Next, we will visit a cheese dairy, where we will enjoy a tasting of Dutch cheeses, including creamy Gouda and varieties with aromatic herbs.

Following this, we will proceed to the renowned Keukenhof Gardens. You will have 2 to 3 hours of free time to wander and admire the blooming tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, and other spring bulbs, creating a beautiful natural spectacle.

Finally, we will return to our starting point in Antwerp, arriving after 10 hours of sightseeing.
