Búzios Canoe Tour

Admire the coastline of Búzios from a unique perspective on a canoe tour! Feel the sea breeze as we paddle along some of the most famous beaches of the peninsula.

Activity Details

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Hui Hoa Búzios sports center, and board a Polynesian-style canoe to explore this beautiful region.

First up, we'll give you a brief introduction on how to maneuver this type of canoe and helpful paddling techniques so that way you can enjoy this activity to the fullest.

Once we have a handle on the canoes, we'll head into the sea and start paddling along the coast of Búzios, passing by the area of Orla Bardot and Praia dos Ossos. The latter is one of the most famous beaches on the peninsula for being an old fishing village.

We'll continue paddling, heading to the charming beaches of Azeda and Azedinha, where, if you want, we can make a quick stop to jump into the water. It'll be a unique opportunity to connect with nature in a whole new way.

Lastly, we'll row over to Praia de João Fernandes, one of the liveliest and most visited beaches in Búzios. You'll be delighted to see the local atmosphere along the 800 m (2,624 ft) of this beach.

Finally, we'll return to the starting point, bringing the experience to an end 1.5 hours later.

How It Works?

During this experience, participants will engage in a guided canoe tour along the stunning coastline of Búzios. The activity starts with a meeting at the Hui Hoa Búzios sports center, where the guide will provide an introduction to canoe handling and paddling techniques. After mastering these skills, the group will set off into the sea, enjoying scenic views as they paddle.
