Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the website esperienze.yallayalla.it (hereinafter "Site"), operated by YallaYalla (hereinafter "YallaYalla", "we" or "our"), with registered office at Viale Adriatico 127, 00141 Rome (RM), Italy – VAT no.: 13366331000.

By accessing the Site and/or making a booking, the user fully accepts these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the Site.

• YallaYalla / Esperienze by YallaYalla: the entity operating the Site and acting as an intermediary in the booking of tourist experiences.
• User: any natural or legal person accessing the Site and/or making a booking.
• Supplier: the third party (local tour operator) actually delivering the experience booked through the Site.
• Experience / Activity: any tourist service bookable on the Site, including guided tours, excursions, attraction tickets, transfers and similar activities.
• Booking: the User's request to purchase one or more Experiences made through the Site.
• Voucher: the digital document confirming the Booking, which the User must present to the Supplier in order to enjoy the Experience.

Esperienze by YallaYalla is an online platform allowing Users to search, compare and book tourist experiences worldwide. YallaYalla acts solely as an intermediary between the User and the Suppliers of the experiences.

Experiences are actually delivered by independent third-party suppliers. YallaYalla is not the direct provider of the tourist services and has no control over how they are delivered.

Information about the experiences (descriptions, images, schedules, availability, prices) is provided by suppliers and/or technology partners and is reproduced on the Site as accurately as possible. However, YallaYalla cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness or up-to-dateness of such information.

Browsing the Site is free and does not require registration. To complete a booking, the User can register an account or proceed as a guest.

Where registering, the User undertakes to:

• Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date personal data.
• Keep their access credentials (email and password) confidential.
• Promptly report any unauthorized access to their account.

The User is responsible for all activities carried out through their account. YallaYalla reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

The booking is finalized upon completion of payment. The User will receive an email confirmation containing the booking details and, where available, the voucher to be presented to the Supplier.

At the time of booking, the User must:

• Carefully verify the date, time, number of participants and any selected options.
• Provide correct information for all participants where required.
• Comply with any specific requirements indicated on the experience page (minimum age, documents, dress code, etc.).

Dates and times: experience dates and times cannot be modified after confirmation, unless otherwise indicated by the Supplier. The duration shown is approximate and may vary based on external factors (traffic, weather, group composition, etc.).

Punctuality: the User must arrive at the meeting point with adequate notice. In case of no-show or lateness, the Supplier is not required to wait and no refund will be due.

Experience prices are stated in Euro (€) and include all applicable taxes. The price shown when confirming the order is the final price.

Payment is processed at the time of booking through the secure payment gateway HiPay, which supports the main credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Card data is never stored on YallaYalla servers.

Some experiences (Free Tours) do not have a fixed price: the User leaves a tip to the guide at the end of the experience, based on their satisfaction.

The cancellation policy varies by experience and is clearly stated on each activity's page and in the booking confirmation.

In general:

• Free cancellation: many experiences offer free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before the scheduled date. Specific terms are stated for each activity.
• Late cancellation or no-show: in case of cancellation beyond the allowed terms or no-show, no refund will be due.
• Cancellation by the Supplier: if an experience is cancelled by the Supplier (for weather, operational or force majeure reasons), the User will be entitled to a full refund or to rescheduling on an alternative date.

Refunds are credited back to the same card used for payment. Crediting times depend on the User's bank, usually between 5 and 10 working days.

After confirmation of booking and payment, the User will receive the voucher by email. The voucher is also available in the personal area in the "My bookings" section.

The User must present the voucher (digital or printed) to the Supplier at the time of the experience. Without the voucher, the Supplier may not allow participation.

The voucher is personal and non-transferable. Reproduction, counterfeiting or resale of vouchers is prohibited.

The User undertakes to:

• Use the Site lawfully and in compliance with these Terms.
• Not provide false or misleading information.
• Not use the Site for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Not compromise the security, integrity or availability of the Site.
• Not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Site contents without authorization.

YallaYalla reserves the right to suspend access to the Site and/or cancel bookings in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or refund.

YallaYalla acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety or compliance of experiences delivered by Suppliers.
• Delays, cancellations or changes to experiences by Suppliers.
• Damage, losses, injuries or thefts occurring during the experiences.
• The User's no-show or lateness at the meeting point.
• Adverse weather conditions affecting the experience.
• Any temporary technical issues with the Site or the payment gateway.

In any case, YallaYalla's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the booking subject to the complaint.

Users are advised to take out adequate travel insurance before departure.

All Site contents (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, software, source code) are owned by YallaYalla or by their respective owners and are protected by applicable laws on intellectual property and copyright.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification or use of Site contents without prior written authorization from YallaYalla is prohibited.

The processing of Users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, except for the mandatory consumer forum provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Consumer Users resident in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
