The legacy and culture of olive oil around Lake Garda is profound and rich. Experience this firsthand by taking part in our visit to the Olio Viola oil mill, which features an olive oil tasting to enhance your understanding. Let’s embark on this journey!

After initial welcomes, we will stroll through one of their estates lined with ancient olive trees. During this walk, you will learn about the distinct traits of these unique trees that flourish in the renowned Riviera degli Olivi, as well as their significance within the local culture.

Then, we will proceed to the oil mill, where you will discover how extra virgin olive oil is crafted. You’ll gain insight into every phase, from the harvest to the bottling process, enabling you to truly appreciate the transformation of olives into liquid gold. A brief video will also be presented, elucidating the various steps involved in production.

To culminate this experience, an enriching tasting will be held in the olive oil mill's garden. You’ll have the opportunity to savor four distinct kinds of oils, including the celebrated “Garda DOP,” each boasting unique aromas and flavors. The tasting will be complemented by other local delicacies, such as bread, olive pâté, cured meats, and organic olives sourced from Lake Garda.

After an engaging 1.5-hour experience, we will conclude our tour of the oil mill and bid farewell at the entrance.
