Excursion to San Sperate from Cagliari

We will convene at 76 Largo Carlo Felice in Cagliari promptly at the designated time, where a minibus awaits to transport us northward to San Sperate. This pleasant ride will take a little more than thirty minutes.

Upon reaching the charming commune of San Sperate, often referred to as a museum town due to its artistic richness illuminating every street. The town is particularly noted for its vibrant murals decorating the building facades, a tradition that has its roots in the 1970s.

As we wander through the inviting streets, we’ll take in the stunning street art while our guide shares insights about Pinuccio Sciola, the influential figure behind this local artistic movement.

The tour also includes a visit to the famous Giardino Sonoro (Sound Garden), an enchanting place where you can experience music crafted from stones. It's a truly mesmerizing experience that you have to hear to believe! After soaking in these extraordinary sounds, we will head back to our minibus.

Concluding our wonderful 3.5-hour experience, we will return to the initial meeting point.
