Tour Overview

Your adventure begins with a hotel pickup at the arranged time, setting the stage for an exciting exploration of Cape Town's key attractions. Prepare to visit the majestic Table Mountain and the historic Robben Island!

The first stop is the harbor, where you will board a ferry bound for Robben Island, an intriguing site steeped in history. After about thirty minutes at sea, you will arrive on the island.

A former political prisoner will welcome you to guide the tour around this historic location. Accompanied by your guide, you'll have the opportunity to enter the notorious prison, which has been used to confine various groups since the 17th century and even served as a leper colony in the 19th and 20th centuries. One of the most notable inmates includes Nelson Mandela.

Following your exploration of Robben Island, you will return to Cape Town around 12:30 pm. Enjoy an hour of leisure time to grab a bite at a local eatery before we proceed with a guided tour of the city’s prominent landmarks and attractions.

During the tour, visit the Castle of Good Hope, City Hall, Slave Lodge, Zackarias Waganaer Reservoir, House of Parliament, and the Company Gardens. Additionally, experience the vibrant neighborhood of Bo-Kaap, which was once segregated.

The tour culminates at the summit of Signal Hill, where you will ascend via the cable car to Table Mountain. In just three minutes, you'll be at the top, taking in stunning vistas of Cape Town and its surroundings from various viewpoints.

Your day will wrap up with a return to your hotel, completing a remarkable journey that lasts approximately 9 to 10 hours.
