Your adventure begins at 9 am as we pick you up from your accommodation in Coimbra. Prepare to uncover the mysteries behind the Dão region and its exceptional vintages!

As we navigate through stunning scenery that plays a vital role in crafting high-alcohol wines, our first stop will be a prestigious winery. Here, you'll gain insight into the vast vineyards and discover the distinctions between the touriga nacional and jaén grape varieties. To enhance your experience, an expert winemaker will guide you through an engaging wine tasting.

Following our winery visit, we'll savor a delicious meal at a local restaurant offering either a roasted veal specialty or tempting young goat meat, expertly paired with a fine red wine from the region.

Once we've indulged in this culinary delight, our journey continues to a second winery. Here, you’ll delve deeper into the wine-making process for this unique variety. This stop will conclude with another delightful wine tasting, perfecting your experience.

We’ll return to Coimbra and drop you off at your hotel by 6 pm, concluding a day filled with discovery and enjoyment.
