The journey starts at the designated hour near the Absalon Statue, setting the stage for our guided excursion through Copenhagen’s historic heart.

Our first destination is Strøget, the primary pedestrian thoroughfare of the city. This vibrant street features a delightful mix of historic architecture, bustling shopping areas, and energetic squares that act as central meeting points in the old town.

A brief walk brings us to Christiansborg Palace, situated on the islet of Slotsholmen. We will admire its remarkable exterior while gaining insight into its dual role as the hub of the Danish Parliament and home to the Royal Reception Rooms. Our next stop takes us to the Stork Fountain, located in Amagertorv, one of the city’s most recognizable squares.

Continuing our tour, we’ll arrive at Kongens Nytorv, an impressive square surrounded by significant sites including the Royal Danish Theatre, Hotel d’Angleterre, the Magasin du Nord department store, and the French Embassy.

This grand space transitions us toward Nyhavn, Copenhagen’s most iconic canal, celebrated for its colorful heritage buildings and rich maritime legacy. We will also pass the Playhouse, a striking modern waterfront structure, and have the chance to appreciate the Copenhagen Opera House situated across the canal.

Our next highlight will be Amalienborg Palace, the official residence of the Danish Royal Family, attended by the Royal Guard. Nearby, we will also see the Marble Church, or Frederik’s Church, known for its grand dome and neoclassical architecture. If time permits, we may stroll through the King’s Garden and take a look at Rosenborg Castle.

We will then proceed to City Hall Square, where noticeable shifts in the urban landscape highlight the contrast between the city's historic center and its more modern architectural developments.

After two hours of guided discovery, we’ll conclude the tour, offering you the opportunity to explore the stunning interior of Tivoli Gardens at your leisure.

The renowned Tivoli Gardens amusement park is one of the oldest in existence and remains one of the most beautiful spots in Copenhagen.

With your skip-the-line ticket, you'll have the chance to experience the exotic gardens, the classic wooden rollercoaster, and the themed structures including pagodas, rafts, and theaters, as well as the celebrated guard show.

Tivoli Gardens is open from March 24 to September 16:

• Sunday - Thursday: 11 am - 11 pm
• Friday & Saturday: 11 am - midnight
