• 22.5GB card: You’ll have 28 days to utilize 22.5GB of data and 525 minutes of calls.
• 7-day unlimited card: For 7 days, enjoy unlimited internet access and 100 minutes for local and international calls.
• 14-day unlimited card: This option offers unlimited internet for 14 days alongside 300 minutes for calls.

Collection Details

You can collect your SIM card from the Etisalat store counter, located in the arrival areas of Terminals 1, 2, and 3 at Dubai International Airport. The counters operate 24/7.

Usage Restrictions

In the UAE, regulations limit the use of VoIP services, which restricts communication capabilities to text-based applications like WhatsApp and Viber. Currently, the functionalities for video and voice calls in these apps are not permitted.

Additionally, please be aware that each individual can acquire only one SIM card per passport, and the person must be over 18 years.
