Descend the Nefeli Gorge

Our adventure begins at 10 am when we gather at the parking area along Epar.Od. Kalpakiou-Papigkou road, setting off towards the Nefeli Gorge. 

This gorge lies within the Zagorochoria region, renowned for its scenic villages, mountain monasteries, and charming stone bridges. Throughout the seasons, streams cascade from the Astraka and Tsouka peaks, fostering a vibrant green environment around us.

The activity kicks off with a delightful 15-minute walk, where we can marvel at the local flora and fauna. At the journey’s end, we will encounter stunning waterfalls and natural slides, some soaring to heights of 24 meters (82 feet)!

As we engage in this thrilling experience, breathtaking landscapes will envelop us. To conclude our tour and exit the gorge, we’ll trek for an additional 45 minutes, navigating through its towering rocky cliffs.

Finally, we expect to return to the starting location by around 3 pm.
