How to activate the card?

To activate your Melbourne Flexi Attractions Pass and enjoy all its benefits, follow these steps:

Download the Smartvisit app from the App Store or Google Play Store
Create an account to register
Add the booking number you will receive from iVenture and register your card
From that moment on, your Melbourne Flexi Attractions Pass will appear in the Smartvisit app. Once inside, you’ll be able to explore all the benefits of your pass
If you have booked more than one card or pass, during registration, you will need to indicate whether you will use the pass yourself or if you want to manage multiple passes on the same device. If you want to share a pass with another person, you must select “Me” so they can use it on their own device. In this case, they will receive the pass number by email and will need to follow the same steps above to activate the card.

The validity of the Melbourne Flexi Attractions Pass begins when it is first used. From that moment, you can use it for the following three months. The card allows one-time entry to each attraction.
