This voucher is not valid for entry into the Pinacoteca, you will have to download the tickets following the steps below. On the day of the activity, at the chosen time, present your ticket at the ticket office of the Pinacoteca di Brera, located at the following address: Via Brera, 28, 20121 Milano MI, Italy.
Audio Guide and Tickets
You will be able to download the audio guide and ticket by completing the following steps:
- Download the free WeGoTrip app on the App Store or Google Play, or at the following link.
- Open the “My Reservations” tab in the WeGoTrip app.
- Enter your reservation number to download the audio guide and ticket. You will also receive your reservation number by email. It will always begin with two "AA" followed by your Civitatis reservation number. For example, if your Civitatis reservation number is 1234567, your access code will be AA1234567.
Don't forget to bring your own headphones. We also recommend charging your phone in advance and bringing an external battery.
