Go City: Philadelphia All-Inclusive Pass

Important Info

This voucher is not a ticket. It cannot be redeemed for an attraction ticket nor to access any of the monuments included in the pass. 

Your confirmation email includes a PDF attached. Please check that the attachment includes your tickets with one QR code for each user. If you don't receive a PDF, please contact us via our web form.

Downloading the pass will not activate it. To use your tourist pass, you can show your QR code at the entrance to the attractions. You can either download your tourist pass or print it out. 

• Printed voucher: You must download and print the PDF with the passes and city travel guide. 
• Electronic voucher: Save your PDF on your smartphone or tablet to easily open it and show it to access the various attractions.

How Does It Work?

The Go City: Philadelphia All-Inclusive Pass is personal and non-transferable. It is only valid for consecutive calendar days.

The Go City: Philadelphia All-Inclusive Pass will be activated after the first use at an attraction. The pass, in 1, 2, 3 or 5 day option, works on calendar day basis after first activation, so it’s best practice to start using your pass first thing in the morning to make full use of each day.

If you experience any problems with your Go City: Philadelphia All-Inclusive Pass, please contact Customer Service (+1 877 714 1999).

From that moment on you can use it for the contracted days (1, 2, 3 or 5 consecutive days). The card expires at midnight of the last day.

The Go City: Philadelphia All-Inclusive Pass provides one-time access to every attraction except the Hop-On-Hop-Off Bus, which can be used an unlimited number of times for one day.

Local bank holidays may affect the opening hours of the attractions included in the pass. Please keep in mind that you will not be refunded (partially or totally) if the attractions are closed on local public holidays.

Although you must select a date when booking, your pass will be valid during a specific time:

• Until March 31, 2025: valid for the 24 months from the date of purchase
• From April 1, 2025: valid for the 12 months from the date of purchase
