Ticket Types

When reserving your experience, you can select from two different ticket types. Both options grant entry to the park and access to various amenities, activities, and shows. Detailed descriptions are provided below:

Standard Ticket

This ticket allows you to visit an aviary, a butterfly sanctuary, an aquarium rich in coral life, alongside stunning beaches, refreshing natural pools, and underground rivers ripe for exploration. You can take part in up to 50 unique attractions!

If you have an interest in history, you can venture into the jungle to discover the remnants of the Polé Mayan community, complete with its caves and caverns. Watch as the community performs traditional pre-Hispanic dances! As night falls, enjoy a captivating show showcasing the history of Mexico, featuring reenactments of significant events such as the conquest and the revolution, along with many unexpected highlights.

Plus Ticket

This ticket includes all the features of the standard ticket, along with a delightful buffet lunch at your choice of restaurant, exclusive access to the Plus Area, which offers lockers, changing facilities, private restrooms, and snorkeling gear for use in the underground rivers.
