Embark on a captivating boat journey exploring Montagna Spaccata and Monte Orlando, where you'll navigate the stunning Ulysses Riviera and discover some remarkable natural marvels along the coastal beauty of Gaeta.

Description

At the scheduled time, we will gather at the port of Sperlonga, setting sail towards the magnificent Montagna Spaccata and the marine protected area of Monte Orlando. Prepare yourself for a delightful boat excursion along the Ulysses Riviera! Everyone on board!

Once we depart from the port, the striking sight of the Grotta di Tiberio will greet you, showcasing a grand villa embellished with statues from mythology.

Our journey continues along the coastal path of via Flacca, filled with medieval towers and natural caves. We will arrive at the enchanting Blue Grotto, one of the pristine hidden bays in the region. Here, we will pause for thirty minutes for a refreshing swim in its clear waters and enjoy some snorkelling.

Afterward, our cruise will take us around Gaeta until we reach the iconic Montagna Spaccata, a fascinating geological landmark where the Sanctuary of the Santissima Trinità stands. We’ll admire this impressive site from the boat and navigate through the caves located at the base of the cliff, such as the renowned Turk's Grotto.

Our final stop will be at Pozzo del Diavolo, situated within the marine area of Monte Orlando. Here, you’ll have more opportunities for swimming and snorkelling, allowing you to uncover the underwater treasures of this protected zone.

As we head back to Sperlonga, you can treat yourself to a slice of pizza, indulging in a delicious bite while enjoying the scenic return to the port.

We will arrive back approximately 4.5 hours after we embark.
