Excursion to Honolulo Waterfall

Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Tingo Maria at 8 am. After gathering everyone, we will embark on a journey southward towards the Honolulo waterfall, recognized as a notable natural attraction in this central Peruvian area.

Before reaching the waterfall, we will traverse a suspension bridge above the Huallaga River. Following this, we will commence a scenic 1.5-hour trek along a pedestrian route that leads deep into the jungle, ultimately guiding us to the impressive Honolulo waterfall.

This majestic 30-meter (98.5 ft) waterfall is enveloped by an incredible setting: crystal-clear natural pools, vibrant vegetation, and striking rock formations create an unforgettable backdrop.

You will have some leisure time to soak in the beauty of the waterfall and wander the vicinity. Keep an eye out for the diverse wildlife that resides in this tropical forest, including butterflies, spiders, and birds like the oilbird and the Andean cock-of-the-rock!

At the end of your exploration, we will retrace our steps back to the transportation that awaits us, returning to Tingo Maria. We anticipate your arrival back at your hotels by 2 pm.
