Ci incontreremo al numero 11 di Gristmill Lane, nel cuore del famoso quartiere Distillery District. Dopo aver ricevuto istruzioni sull'uso sicuro dei segway, daremo inizio al nostro tour. Esploreremo la storia della distillazione dell'alcool in questa zona di Toronto e le ragioni della sua rinascita come zona di svago. Durante il percorso passeremo per la Distillery Lane, ascoltando aneddoti sul luogo, e visiteremo l'antica distilleria Gooderham & Worts, scoprendo la sua importanza per il Canada.
