City Pass Overview

By acquiring the San Marco City Pass, you'll gain access to the majestic Doge's Palace, a landmark positioned at the eastern side of St. Mark's Square, celebrated for its stunning examples of Venetian Gothic architecture.

This city pass also encompasses entry to the three municipal museums found in St. Mark's Square:

Correr Museum: home to a remarkable array of artworks, ancient artifacts, and historical maps.
National Archaeological Museum: showcases impressive Greek and Roman sculptures among its vast collection.
Marciana National Library: recognized for possessing one of the world’s most significant compilations of texts.

Additionally, the San Marco City Pass grants the option to explore the Fondazione Querini Stampalia, a distinguished museum devoted to art and decorative crafts, as well as the Scuola Grande dei Carmini.

Usage Information

This pass enables one-time access to each venue included in the offer.

You will have the freedom to visit any listed churches and museums while your pass remains valid. The only specific timeline applies to the Doge's Palace, which can be toured from 9 am to 5 pm on your selected date from the booking calendar. After visiting the Doge's Palace, you have a window of 3 months to explore the other attractions included in the pass. Note that last entry is an hour before closing time.

Ticket Terms

The San Marco City Pass is non-refundable. If you do not utilize it, it remains valid for a period of up to two years from the date of purchase.

The San Marco City Pass allows one-time access to each attraction.

You'll be able to access any of the included monuments for as long as the card is active. The only exception is the Doge's Palace, which can be visited between 9 am and 5 pm on the day you select in the booking calendar. Once you've accessed the Doge's Palace, you'll have 3 months to visit the rest of the monuments included in the card. Final admission is 1 hour before closing time.

To access the included attractions, you must present this voucher and the PNR reservation code. You'll be able to access the museums through the fast-track 'Entrance prepaid tickets' queue.

Children under 6 years of age do not need the card, as they can access almost all attractions free of charge.

Ticket validity

The San Marco City Pass is non-refundable, so if you do not use it, you can use it for up to two years after purchase.

Temporary changes in opening hours and closures

Local public holidays may affect the openings of some of the attractions included in the card. Closures due to public holidays will not be grounds for partial or total reimbursement of the price of the card.
