La Coruña Boat Trip
Description
Embark on an exceptional journey through the waters of Galicia with this boat excursion around La Coruña, where you will experience the charm of the city from a unique viewpoint.
Description
Have you ever thought about experiencing La Coruña from a new angle? At the predetermined time, we will convene at the La Coruña Estuary to board a sailing vessel, setting off on a memorable journey along the coastline of this Galician city.
On the Punta Pragueira, a classic traditional sailboat, we will explore La Coruña from an alternative perspective. Throughout the voyage, you will have the opportunity to view significant historical sites, including the Castle of San Antón and its remarkable fortifications. Curious about the battles involving Francis Drake? We will share intriguing stories and insights!
Additionally, our route features several stops at locations of immense ecological importance, where we can observe the diverse avian species that inhabit the Galician coast. Expect to spot cormorants, great black-backed gulls, northern storm petrels, and grey herons soaring above.
The breathtaking views of the island of Marola will also be a highlight of our trip, offering a perfect opportunity to learn about the local sailors and the shipwrecks that tell the region's history.
To conclude our sailing adventure, we will enjoy a glass of local wine or craft beer, complemented by some regional chips.
After two hours of exploration on the water, we will sail back to our departure point, wrapping up the experience.
