Galician Cooking Workshop

Gather with us at the designated meeting point on Rúa Alfredo Vicenti in La Coruña. Here, your guide will unveil the intricacies of Galician cuisine, introducing you to the menu and outlining the tasks we will embark on as we dive into the cooking experience!

Once we familiarize ourselves with the fresh ingredients we're about to use, we will begin to follow the chef's guidance, maximizing the potential of these local products as we transform them into exquisite tapas.

Throughout this session, you'll have the opportunity to prepare a variety of traditional tapas, tailored to the availability of seasonal ingredients. Commonly, we create a signature tuna salad, prawn salpicón, and mussels prepared in Godello wine. You'll also learn to make raxo a la gallega accompanied by patatas bravas, and culminate with the iconic Santiago cake, among others.

After our culinary creations are complete, it's time to savor the fruits of our efforts—enjoy your delicious creations!
