Description
To take advantage of the SIM card or eSIM for calls and data, you’ll need a compatible device that can utilize the local network in Abu Dhabi. After making your reservation, you'll receive a PDF voucher, which you must present at Abu Dhabi airport to collect your card. At this point, we will activate it so you can immediately start making calls and browsing the internet.
Options for the SIM Card
During the booking process, you will have the option to select from the following plans:
- 24-hour eSIM/SIM card: offers 10GB for surfing on 4G and 5G networks, valid for 24 hours.
- 4GB eSIM/SIM card: provides 4GB of data for 4G and 5G connectivity along with 30 minutes of calls, both domestic and international.
- 6GB eSIM/SIM card: includes 6GB for 4G and 5G networks, plus 30 minutes for calls, national and international.
- 10GB eSIM/SIM card: allows for 10GB of data usage on 4G and 5G networks and includes 60 minutes of calling time for international and domestic numbers.
- 13GB eSIM/SIM card: provides 13GB for 4G and 5G usage along with 120 minutes of calls, applicable for both national and international.
- 22.5GB eSIM/SIM card: gives you 22.5GB for 4G and 5G networks, along with 525 minutes for calls, both domestic and international.
- eSIM/SIM card with unlimited GB: offers unlimited data for 4G and 5G networks. This option is available for either 7 or 14 days, starting upon activation. The 7-day plan allows for 100 minutes of calls, while the 14-day option includes 300 minutes.
Keep in mind that after activation, you will have 28 days to utilize your 4, 6, 10, 13, or 22.5 GB eSIM or SIM card.
Collection Point
You can retrieve your card at the Etisalat store located in Terminal 1 of Abu Dhabi International Airport. The store operates around the clock, providing you with the choice of either a physical SIM card or an eSIM.

Important information
This Civitatis voucher is not valid for picking up the SIM card. A few hours after booking you'll receive the voucher from our provider Kitmytrip in pdf format, which is the only valid document for picking up your SIM card. If for any reason you do not receive it within 72 hours, we advise you to write us through our contact form.
You'll need to present the printed voucher or show the pdf on your cell phone at the Etisalat store counter in Terminal 1 of Abu Dhabi International Airport (open 24/7), together with a passport and a copy of your visa (if required for travel). You must be over 18 years of age and carry your passport to collect your card. You can activate one eSIM/SIM card per passport.
