Kayaking and Hiking Tour of El Morro Islet

We will gather at the beach near Plaza Marbella, adjacent to El Morro restaurant, at the scheduled time. Here, you will receive a briefing on the activities planned for our journey to El Morro islet.

Once we've covered the necessary instructions for operating the equipment, we will launch into the water, choosing between kayaking or using a paddle surfboard. Our destination is the striking El Morro islet, a notable rocky outcrop located just offshore from Acapulco.

As we kayak around the islet, you’ll have the chance to soak in the beautiful surroundings and, with some luck, spot the turtles that inhabit the waters here. Upon reaching the islet, we will disembark and commence our hike to the summit of El Morro, rewarded with breathtaking views of the entire bay of Acapulco!

The adventure extends further! If conditions permit with the tide being low, we’ll gain access to a hidden cave nestled within El Morro islet. What mysteries might this cave guard? Could it possibly have served as a pirate's refuge?

Following our exploration of this enchanting islet, we will paddle back to Acapulco, concluding our tour after approximately an hour and a half at the original departure point.
