Cabo de Gata Kayak Tour
Description
Experience the stunning coastline of Almería through a unique lens on this kayak expedition in Cabo de Gata, departing from Agua Amarga. Enjoy several hours of exploration and swimming in this beautiful region!
Kayak Overview
On the scheduled day, we will convene at the sand of Agua Amarga, where a brief orientation on kayak handling and paddle techniques will prepare us for an exciting journey along the Almeria coast.
Once equipped and informed, we’ll set off on our kayaking adventure through the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park. Throughout our route, plenty of pauses will allow us to relax and delve into the natural and historical features that define this stunning part of Spain.
We will explore several volcanic coves and coral reefs, enhancing our understanding of the local ecosystems. Within one of these secluded areas, we'll take a moment to hydrate and enjoy an energy bar.
Refreshed, you will then have the chance to indulge in a revitalizing swim in the Mediterranean. This region is known for its diverse marine life, so expect to swim alongside vibrant schools of fish!
Finally, we will climb back into our kayaks and paddle back to our starting point, concluding our adventure approximately 3 hours after we set out.
