When booking, you'll have the chance to select your preferred ticket type. Below are the specifics for each option:
Ticket to Xel-Há Light
This ticket includes:
- Unlimited snorkeling
- River tubing
- Access to adventure zones, cenotes, caves, meliponarium, and nurseries
- Entry to the Lighthouse Mirador with a slide descent
- Endless non-alcoholic beverages from vending machines (including water and sodas)
- Locker, towel, and snorkeling gear
- Access to bicycles, floating devices, and life jackets
Ticket to Xel-Há All-Inclusive
If you choose the All-Inclusive option, you will benefit from the following:
- Access to over 20 water sports
- Buffet-style breakfast served from 9:30 am to 11:30 am
- Snacks and appetizers buffet starting at 11:30 am
- Buffet featuring traditional Mexican and international dishes
- Unlimited beverages, including local alcoholic beverages at the open bar
- Locker, towel, snorkeling gear, and snorkeling tube as a complimentary gift
- Use of bicycles, hammocks, floating devices, and life jackets

Important information
On the day of the activity, head to the Xel-Há Park on the Chetumal highway (Puerto Juárez Km 240, premises 1 & 2, module B, 77780 Q.R., Mexico). At the park's ticket office, you'll need to exchange your Civitatis voucher for a wristband with which you'll have access to the park and all its services.
Important Info
It's important that you wear appropriate shoes for the activity and sunscreen. You must present an official ID, which can be in a digital format or a photocopy.
