Xel-Há Afternoon Admission
This ticket allows you to enter Xel-Há from 1 pm until 5:30 pm, including the following benefits:
- Unlimited snorkeling (equipment provided)
- Unlimited beverages: ice, soft drinks, and water
- Endless buffet featuring Mexican and international dishes
- Access to the children's zone
- Entry to all attractions
- Availability of life jackets, inner tubes, and bicycles
- Use of sun loungers, hammocks, and relaxation spaces
- Lockers and towels included
- Access to restrooms and changing facilities.
Xel-Há All-Inclusive Admission
This option provides the all-inclusive experience, offering:
- Over 20 water sports available
- Buffet breakfast from 9:30 am to 11:30 am
- Snacks and aperitifs starting at 11:30 am
- A buffet of traditional Mexican and international cuisine
- Unlimited drinks with an open bar of local alcoholic beverages
- Complimentary locker, towel, snorkeling gear, and tube
- Access to bicycles, hammocks, flotation devices, and life jackets

Important information
On the day of the activity, head to the Xel-Há Park on the Chetumal highway (Puerto Juárez Km 240, premises 1 & 2, module B, 77780 Q.R., Mexico). At the park's ticket office, you'll need to exchange your Civitatis voucher for a wristband with which you'll have access to the park and all its services.

It's important that you wear appropriate shoes for the activity and sunscreen. You must present an official ID, which can be in a digital format or a photocopy.
