The Castle of Almodóvar del Río welcomes visitors during the following hours:
- January to March and October to December: Monday to Friday, from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. On weekends and public holidays, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
- April, May, and September: Monday to Friday, from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm and from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. On weekends and public holidays, from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- June, July, and August 1 to 15: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. On weekends and public holidays, from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- From August 16 to 31: Monday to Friday, from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm and from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. On weekends and public holidays, from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Note that ticket sales and final admissions to the castle will conclude 1 hour before closing time.

Both the final ticket sales and the final admission to the castle take place 1 hour before the monument closes.
