The app also allows you to share cards with family or friends and navigate the city with a map indicating top locations. Note that once a card is shared, it cannot be transferred back.
Where To Collect Your City Card?
You can obtain your City Card by downloading the official City Card app and entering a unique CC code provided in your reservation confirmation.
If you require any assistance, feel free to visit the Amsterdam City Store, conveniently located just north of Amsterdam Centraal train station (De Ruijterkade 28 B to D).
Store opening hours are: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm; Saturday & Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm.

How does the City Card work?
