Tickets to the Heineken Experience
This ticket allows you to visit the brewery once used by Heineken, a renowned Dutch beer brand. The tour lasts an hour and a half, where you will learn about the brewing processes and the company's evolution since the 19th century. The ticket includes a tasting of two Heineken beers for adults over 18, with valid identification.
Amsterdam Canal Boat Trip
Enjoy an hour-long cruise through the Amsterdam canals. From the boat's panoramic decks, you can see iconic sights, including the Herengracht neighbourhood, Floating House Museum, Duif Church, and the avant-garde Gerechtshof building. The route returns to the departure point. An audio guide in English is available on board.

Heineken Experience
When booking, select a time and date for your visit to the Heineken Experience located at 78 Stadhouderskade. Show your reservation voucher at the pre-sold tickets lane for quick access.
Amsterdam Canal Cruise
The selected time refers to the boat's departure from Prins Hendrikkade, 25, in front of Amsterdam Centraal Station. To board at a different time and location, visit Tours & Tickets shops or other departure points, such as:
- Leidseplein, in front of Leidsekade, 97
- Leliegracht, 51, near the Anne Frank House
- Museumstraat 1, at the Rijksmuseum
These departure points are subject to availability.

Instructions for the Heineken Experience
The time and date indicated on your voucher is valid for your visit to the Heineken Experience, which is located at 78 Stadhouderskade. On arrival at the attraction, make your way to the pre-sold tickets lane, where you'll be asked to show your reservation voucher on your mobile device. We recommend being there at least 15 minutes before the selected time.
The attraction can be easily reached by public transport. It is located just a 3-minute walk from the Vijzelgracht metro station on line 52 (blue line).
Instructions for the Canal Boat Ride
The selected time only corresponds to the departure of the boat from the following point: Prins Hendrikkade, 25, in front of the Amsterdam Centraal Station.
If you'd prefer to board at a different time and location, you must go to the Tours & Tickets shops (such as the one at Damrak 26) or any of the boat departure points to select your preferred time slot there. The alternative departure points, in this case, will be:
- Leidseplein, in front of Leidsekade, 97
- Leliegracht, 51, close to Anne Frank House
- Museumstraat 1, at the Rijksmuseum
Please keep in mind that these departure points are subject to availability.
15 minutes before the boarding time, please go to the port.
Please remember to bring your own earphones to be able to listen to the audio guide.
