Canal Boat Tour
Utilize your voucher to gain entry for a cruise through Amsterdam’s picturesque canals. The cruise route mirrors that of the standalone canal tours. Throughout your journey, you'll uncover the city's landmarks while enjoying fascinating stories through the English audio guide.
Boats set off every 30 minutes from 10 am until 8 pm. We advise visiting one of the Tours & Tickets locations, such as the one at Damrak 26, or any boat departure points to confirm a specific time in advance.
Operational Details
Access to the Rijksmuseum
Upon booking, you will need to choose a specific date and time for your visit to the Rijksmuseum, situated at 1 Museumstraat in Amsterdam. Upon arrival, proceed to the lane designated for pre-purchased tickets, where museum personnel will request to view your mobile booking voucher for quick entry into the Rijksmuseum.
Canal Boat Tour
The time displayed relates to your scheduled entry into the Rijksmuseum. You may take the canal tour at any time available on the day of your visit. Boats depart from the dock located at Prins Hendrikkade 25, directly across from Amsterdam Central Station.
Do keep in mind that this activity's availability is dependent on the specific day.
Audio Guide Availability
During your canal cruise, an audio guide will be offered in Spanish, English, Italian, French, and Portuguese. Kindly note that the Rijksmuseum does not include an audio guide.

Important information
Rijksmuseum
You'll need to visit the museum on the day and within the time slot you selected when you booked. The address is: 1 Museumstraat. The nearest metro stop is Vijzelgracht, on line 52 (the blue line).
At the museum, head to the pre-sold tickets lane, where the museum staff will ask you to show your booking voucher on your mobile phone. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early.
Canal Cruise
To take the boat ride on the canals, you'll need to go to the Tours & Tickets store (26 Damrak) to show the voucher barcode and exchange it for the boat ticket. You can choose any of the available schedules for the same day.
30 minutes before boarding time, head to the quay at 25 Prins Hendrikkade, next to the Westelijke Toegangsbrug (just a few metres from Amsterdam Centraal station).
The boats leave every 30 minutes between 10 am and 8 pm. To secure a specific time slot, we recommend stopping by one of the Tours & Tickets shops (like the one at Damrak 26) or visiting any of the boat departure points to book in advance.
