On the day of your visit, your guide will meet you at the designated time in the parking lot of the L'Imperatore Restaurant, conveniently situated on the outskirts of the Castel del Monte. From this point, a dedicated transport service will escort you to the entrance of this remarkable fortress.
During your personalized tour of the Castel del Monte, also known as the Castle of the Mountain, you will discover the rich history and unique origins of this citadel through the insights provided by your English-speaking guide. Constructed in the mid-13th century under the orders of Holy Roman Emperor Frederick II, the castle is renowned for its distinct geometric design, making it a celebrated UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Your experience will culminate with a moment to pause and take in the breathtaking views of the Alta Murgia National Park before returning to your original meeting location.
Transport and Admission Information
Please bear in mind that transportation and entry to the castle are not included in the tour price. Payment for these will need to be settled on the day of the tour (1 Euro for transport and 10 Euros for admission).

Meet your guide at the car park of the L'Imperatore Restaurant, located at Highway 170, direction A, km 0,500, in Andria at the scheduled time. We recommend being at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
