Tour Details
Your private tour of the Royal Palace of Aranjuez will start at the main entrance at the scheduled time. Prepare to explore the grand rooms of this historic palace.
After a brief introduction, we'll enter the former residence of Spanish monarchs to visit its most stunning areas. We will begin our exploration in the Guard Room, followed by the Hall of Isabel II and the Music Room, where we’ll learn about the royal family's passion for music.
Next, we’ll move on to the Queen's Oratory and the Throne Room. Here, we’ll admire the exquisite decoration, featuring tapestries, carpets, lamps, and curtains. After appreciating the remarkable period furniture, we'll proceed to the Porcelain Room, noted for its stunning oriental-inspired figures, crafted at the Royal Factory of Buen Retiro.
Continuing our journey, we’ll visit the exotic Arab Room, whose decor draws inspiration from the ornamentation of Granada's Alhambra. Our tour will also include the King's and Queen's offices, the Queen's boudoir, the royal bedrooms, the Formal Dining Room, and the Ballroom, the site of grand celebrations of the Court.
To wrap up, we will make our way to the Royal Chapel of Aranjuez Palace, designed by the renowned Italian architect Juan Bautista Sacchetti in the mid-18th century. We’ll take in the main frescoes and sacred art pieces of this ornate space before concluding our private tour at the main staircase of the palace after approximately an hour and 15 minutes.
