Arequipa and Mundo Alpaca Tour
Your adventure begins with a hotel pickup at 8:30 am, proceeding to an exploration of the captivating city of Arequipa. Our first destination is the Cloisters of the Company, remnants of an 18th-century palace that now hosts a variety of contemporary businesses beneath its historic arches.
We will further delve into Arequipa as we visit the city's remarkable viewpoints, including Cristo Blanco, Los Volcanes, and Sachaca. At Sachaca, indulge in the delightful Arequipa queso helado (a sweet cheese ice cream), a true pleasure for your palate!
Our journey continues across the iconic Puente de Fierro bridge, an impressive structure attributed to Gustave Eiffel. Here, you'll be afforded another stunning vista of Arequipa and its surrounding volcanoes. Next, we will make our way to Plaza de Yanahuara, famous for its charming picanterías, where locals enjoy traditional meals.
Our next highlight is Mundo Alpaca, a regional zoo where you can observe various camelid species and discover the exquisite textiles derived from their wool.
To wrap up our tour, we will head to the San Lázaro neighborhood, a site of significant historical importance for Arequipa, as it is home to the first church established in the city.
The tour will come to a close at 1:30 pm in Arequipa's vibrant Plaza de Armas.

Important information
We'll pick you up at your hotel in the center of Arequipa at 8:30 am. We recommend being ready at the hotel lobby 10 minutes in advance.
The tour includes pickup from hotels located within a radius of 1 km from Arequipa's Plaza de Armas. If your hotel is outside this area, you must arrive at Plaza de Armas at 8:30 am.
