Policy for Children under 1
Be informed that while children under one year of age may join the transfer free of charge, they are required to sit on a parent’s or guardian’s lap. If you would prefer to use a child's seat for them, you will need to purchase a child's ticket separately.
Luggage Guidelines
- Each traveler is allowed to bring 1 medium suitcase (measuring 67 cm (26.3 in) in height, 48 cm (18.8 in) in width, and 27 cm (10.6 in) in length) or 1 small suitcase (dimensions: 55 cm (21.6 in) high, 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, and 25 cm (9.8 in) long), along with 1 personal item (a small backpack or shoulder bag). An extra luggage charge of 100BRL per trip applies for additional bags or those not meeting the standards.
- Travelers with excess baggage must inform us 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify may result in the driver's discretion regarding boarding, based on available space.
- Special items, such as surfboards, baby strollers, and folding wheelchairs, need prior notification, as an extra fee of 100BRL will be applicable, subject to capacity limitations.
- If the transfer involves hard-to-reach accommodations requiring a support vehicle, the traveler must assist in the transfer of their luggage between vehicles.
- Travelers are solely responsible for their luggage.

Please remember that although children under the age of 1 can participate in the activity free of charge, they must be seated on their parents' or guardians' lap. If you'd prefer to take them in their own child's seat, you'll need to purchase the children's ticket for them.

- In the case of difficult-to-access accommodations where a support vehicle is necessary, the passenger must accompany the transfer of luggage between vehicles.
- Luggage is the sole responsibility of the passenger.
