After being collected from your hotel in Aswan, you will journey northward, traversing arid desert landscapes and the lush banks shaped by the Nile.

In a little over an hour, your first destination will be Kom Ombo. This town boasts the ruins of a remarkable Egyptian temple, distinguished by its status as a double temple honoring two deities: Sobek and Haroeris. In this sacred assembly, halls, courts, and sanctuaries mirror one another. The stone edifices, dating back over 2000 years, are adorned with enigmatic hieroglyphics... will you succeed in unraveling their meanings?

After a well-earned lunch at a local restaurant in Kom Ombo, you’ll continue to the next leg of your journey.

Upon arrival in Edfu, nestled alongside the Nile and situated between Aswan and Luxor, you will proceed to the Temple of Horus. This falcon-headed deity played a pivotal role throughout Ancient Egyptian history, yet many aspects of his significance remain enigmatic. Following your exploration of the Temple of Horus, you will return to your hotel in Aswan, with an expected arrival 10 hours after your initial pick-up.

However, for those staying at hotels or boats on specific islands in Aswan, pickup will occur at the designated meeting points detailed below:

• For guests on West Aswan Island (Gharb Aswan): pickup will be at the West Bank Ferry Terminal.
• For those located on Elephantine Island (Guizirit Alfantin): pickup will be at either the KFC restaurant on Kornish Al Nile or the Telecom Egypt Office on El Sadat Road.
• For accommodations on Suhil Island (Guizirit Suhil): pickup will be at the West Bank Ferry Terminal.

If your accommodation in Aswan is not in the city center or listed islands, you will need to make your way to one of the specified meeting points.
