Tour Overview

Day 1: Arriving in Aswan

Our remarkable journey commences with your arrival at Aswan airport, where we will assist you with visa processing and help you through immigration before transporting you to your hotel. For those already in Aswan, we'll meet you at your accommodation. The day will conclude with dinner at the hotel.

Day 2: Discovering Abu Simbel

Your adventure kicks off with a bus trip to the temples of Abu Simbel, one of Egypt’s most legendary sites, preserved through international efforts against the Nile’s rising waters. Explore the grandeur of two temples, one dedicated to Ramses II and the other to his beloved wife Nefertari.

On the return journey to Aswan, a visit to the Aswan Dam, an engineering marvel of the 20th century, will be included.

As the day winds down, we will guide you to the dock, where you will embark on your Nile cruise.

Day 3: Temples of Philae and Kom Ombo

After an overnight journey on the cruise ship and breakfast, we’ll commence our day with a visit to the temple of Philae, renowned as one of the jewels of the Nile and remarkably preserved. Enjoy a scenic arrival by boat!

Post-visit, we will return for lunch on board and later explore a perfume shop, followed by a falucca ride, a traditional Egyptian sailing boat. Our journey continues to the temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the gods Sobek and Hareoris. Its symmetrical design and stunning location by the Nile promise a captivating experience.

Afterward, we set sail towards Luxor.

Day 4: Edfu and Luxor Temples

Following breakfast, we will stop at the temple of Edfu, dedicated to Horus and recognized as the most well-preserved temple in Egypt. After your visit, we resume our cruise towards Luxor.

Upon arrival, we’ll embark on a city tour, featuring the stunning Temple of Luxor, an iconic sight in this ancient capital. Experience the city center from a horse-drawn carriage, concluding the day on the cruise ship until the next morning.

Note: Transfers in Edfu will be by horse-drawn carriage unless another transport method is requested a day prior.

Day 5: Karnak, Hatshepsut Temple & Colossi of Memnon

Following your cruise breakfast, we’ll visit the impressive temple of Karnak, notable for its hypostyle hall, which boasts 134 colossal columns. We’ll also walk the Avenue of the Sphinxes, linking Karnak and Luxor.

Next, we cross the Nile to explore the Valley of the Kings, home to the tombs of renowned pharaohs, and also the Temple of Hatshepsut, alongside the mighty Colossi of Memnon.

In the afternoon, we’ll take you to the Luxor airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, we’ll transport you to your hotel for some well-deserved rest.

Day 6: Giza, Saqqara & Cairo

Day six begins with one of Egypt’s most exceptional experiences: visiting the pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx. You will also have the option to enter the Pyramid of Cheops for a truly unforgettable experience.

Next, we’ll stop at a papyrus institute to learn about the traditional methods of papyrus production, followed by a delicious traditional lunch. Our next destination is Memphis, the first capital of Egypt, where we’ll also visit Saqqara and view the spectacular statue of Ramses II.

After a brief break, our evening leads us to the heart of medieval Cairo, where we will stroll through the city’s oldest street, experience the vibrant atmosphere of the Khan el-Khalili market, and visit the historic Mirror Café. We'll conclude the day with a delightful dinner.

Day 7: Exploring Cairo

Start your day with a visit to the Saladin Citadel, where you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the city and step into the stunning Alabaster Mosque. Dive into the lively atmosphere at the Khan el-Khalili market, ideal for those looking to bargain for souvenirs. This journey also takes you through the historic Coptic Quarter, showcasing one of the world’s oldest Christian communities.

After lunch, we’ll guide you through the Grand Egyptian Museum, showcasing a remarkable collection of ancient artifacts, a must-see highlight of your Cairo visit.

We will end this memorable day with dinner at a local restaurant, where you can savor the rich flavors of Egyptian cuisine.

Day 8: Departure from Cairo Airport

After breakfast, we’ll transfer you to Cairo Airport well ahead of your international flight. The pick-up from the hotel will be coordinated with your flight schedule for a seamless departure.

What Should You Bring?

To partake in this tour, ensure you have booked an outbound flight to Aswan and a return flight from Cairo, arriving on the commencement date and departing a week later. For instance, if you land in Aswan on a Tuesday, your return from Cairo should also be on the following Tuesday.

Flight Information

For your arrival, we recommend landing in Aswan by midnight to facilitate your early start. On your departure day from Cairo, our schedule will adapt to your international flight timetable for a hassle-free exit.

All-Inclusive Package

The tour cost encompasses all aspects: visa fees, internal flights, all transportation, accommodations, boat trips, meals, guided tours, entry fees (excluding the Great Pyramid of Cheops).

Important

  • Due to airport security, 2 or 3 days before your arrival, you'll need to email the provider with a copy of your passport.
