Athens Electric Bike Tour Itinerary

At the designated time, we will meet at the Solebike office and set off on an unforgettable electric bike tour of the Greek capital. The journey begins as we ride along the Dionysiou Areopagitou promenade, where we will enjoy stunning views of the Herodion Theater and Areopagus Hill.

As we continue through Thission, we will see the ancient Agora, marking an important highlight before reaching the Kerameikos site, the resting place of heroes.

We will cycle through historic areas, where we can admire remnants of a great civilization. Our first stop will be the Roman Forum followed by the Ancient Agora before heading to the Kerameikos site.

Next, traversing the Psiri district, we will encounter vibrant graffiti walls, colorful streets, and lively cafes. Continuing into Plaka, we will navigate its cobblestone alleys to uncover the hidden corners of this ancient city. Along the way, the guide will share intriguing legends and anecdotes. We will take a brief pause to savor a bagel and some local flavors before proceeding.

We will then ride to Hadrian's Library, honoring the Roman Emperor's cultural contributions to the city. The journey will lead us to the Roman Forum and the notable Tower of the Winds, immersing ourselves in the essence of Athens' oldest regions. We will pedal past the Benizelou Mansion, the oldest house in Athens, which is an Ottoman residence.

Our tour continues as we feel the energetic vibe of the original Olympic Games stadium surrounded by the magnificent Temple of Zeus. You will have the chance to capture a moment under the Hadrian Arch and marvel at the grandeur of the Panathenaic Stadium, the largest marble stadium. Finally, we will explore the columns of the notable Zappeion and admire the impressive soldiers of the Presidential Guard along with the Roman Baths ruins.

After approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes of cycling, our tour will conclude back at the starting point.
