You can pick up your ArticketBCN at any of the 6 museums in Barcelona included in the passport. These are their addresses:
- Museu Picasso: Carret Montcada, 15-23.
- Fundació Joan Miró: Montjuïc Pak.
- Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya: Montjuïc Park.
- CCCB: Carrer de Montalegre, 5.
- Fundació Antoni Tàpies: Carrer de'Aragó, 255.
- MACBA: Plaça dels Àngels, 1.
Local holidays may affect the opening times of the museums included in the passport. Closures due to public holidays do not entitle you to partial or total refund of the card price.
This art pass is valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
Cancellation policy
- The ArticketBCN will not be refunded under any circumstances, except if the visit cannot be carried out due to force majeure or causes directly attributed to the museums included in the ArticketBCN pass.
- Under no circumstances will the product be refunded if a visit has been made to one of the six museums.
