• Show + Carmen Menu: This option offers a selection of refined dishes inspired by traditional Spanish flavors. Start with shared olives, Iberian ham, and croquettes, followed by your choice of soup or Tudela bud salad. For the main course, you can opt for either hake in a flavorsome fish sauce with potatoes or veal sirloin with green pepper sauce and mashed potatoes. For dessert, indulge in a creamy chocolate delight or crema catalana.
• Show + Star Menu: Designed for discerning palettes, this menu features the finest Spanish dishes paired with complementary wines. Enjoy a tasting menu with orange-stuffed olives, payoyo goat cheese from Sierra de Grazalema, Iberian ham, homemade foie, and garlic-sauced sirloin cubes. The meal continues with grilled Palamós red prawn, marinated dogfish with tarragon mustard, and oxtail timbale with crispy vegetables. Conclude with a chocolate cream, fleur de sel, and olive oil caviar for dessert.
