Visiting the Sagrada Família

Known formally as the Basilica of the Expiatory Temple of the Sagrada Família, this site is an emblematic representation of Barcelona and a testament to Gaudí’s architectural brilliance. Although construction began in 1882, it remains unfinished to this day.

By February 2026, the Tower of Jesus Christ is set to be completed, soaring to 172.5 meters (566 feet) to become the tallest church globally, marking a significant architectural milestone.

Forest of Columns

Evoking a natural setting, Gaudí designed columns that mimic tree trunks, eschewing straight lines in favor of branching profiles resembling branches.

What remains, however, is a stunning public park that opened in 1926, renowned across the globe.

Accessing the Gaudí House Museum

The Gaudí House Museum is located within Park Güell. Admission to the park does not grant access to the museum, which necessitates a separate ticket.

However, the combined ticket for the Sagrada Família and Park Güell includes entry to the House Museum. Interestingly, this structure was not designed by Gaudí but by his apprentice Francesc Berenguer.

Inside this former residence, visitors can explore Gaudí’s furniture and personal items.

The House Museum shares the same operating hours as Park Güell.

Process Overview

Upon confirming your booking, you will receive your tickets via email, along with details on downloading the audio guide.

• Sagrada Família: the selected time during booking determines your entry time. Access is allowed only at the designated time or within a 30-minute window thereafter.
• Park Güell and Gaudí House Museum: your visit will occur during the chosen date and time slot (morning or afternoon) as selected at booking. You may opt to visit them on the same day as the Sagrada Família, the day prior, or the following day. To enter Park Güell, a specific monument ticket must be presented; the general confirmation and Sagrada Família ticket will not suffice.

The English audio guide is included for all three attractions for guests over the age of 10. Your tickets will help bypass ticket office lines, although security checks at each site will still require queuing.
