If you are new to scuba diving, joining our introductory lesson at Moreno Lake will be a delightful experience! Here, you will engage in an exciting sport set against the stunning backdrop of Río Negro in Argentina.

Introductory Scuba Diving Lesson at Moreno Lake

We will meet at the designated time by Moreno Lake, close to the Circuito Chico bridge. Get ready for an underwater adventure!

The session will commence with a brief theoretical overview. There’s no need for prior experience, as you will learn the fundamental safety protocols, how to properly use the diving gear, and the basics of underwater communication.

Following a Q&A session to clarify any uncertainties, we’ll transition to the practical segment of the lesson. Our team will equip you with the necessary scuba gear before we dive into the serene waters of Moreno Lake. The initial immersion will be in waist-deep water to practice breathing techniques with the regulator. Gradually, we will move to a shallower area, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the equipment.

Once you feel comfortable, we will proceed to our first actual dive in the tranquil lake. During this dive, you'll encounter various fish, including trout and perch, along with numerous types of aquatic vegetation. With over 20 dive locations available, we will select a site that best caters to the group’s abilities.

To capture this memorable experience, we will also take underwater photographs. After around 2 hours of activity, we will conclude by returning to the initial meeting point and handing back the equipment.

Are you already a certified diver?

If you possess a PADI Open Water Diver, One Star Diver, PADI Rescue Diver, or an equivalent certification, you are welcome to book this scuba diving experience at Moreno Lake.
