If you're new to scuba diving, our introductory lesson at Moreno Lake is the perfect opportunity for you! Discover the excitement of learning a thrilling aquatic sport in the stunning scenery of the Río Negro province in Argentina.

Introductory Scuba Diving Lesson at Moreno Lake

We will meet at the designated time on Moreno Lake, right by the Circuito Chico bridge. Get ready for an exciting diving experience!

The adventure begins with a short theoretical session. No prior diving experience is necessary, as we will guide you through the essential safety protocols, demonstrate the proper use of diving gear, and explain how to communicate while submerged.

After a Q&A segment that allows you to clarify any doubts, we'll transition to the hands-on portion of the lesson. We'll prepare our diving equipment and get ready to explore the waters of Moreno Lake. Initially, we’ll practice in shallow water at waist level to learn how to breathe using the regulator. As you become comfortable, we'll move towards deeper areas to familiarize you further with the equipment.

Once you're prepared, we will embark on our first actual dive in the tranquil waters of Lake Moreno. During our dive, expect to encounter a range of aquatic life including trout and perch, alongside various types of underwater vegetation. With over 20 dive locations available, we’ll select the most suitable spot for our group’s experience level.

To capture this moment, we will also take some underwater photos. After spending around two hours in this engaging activity, we’ll return to our initial meeting point to conclude the session and return the gear.

For Experienced Divers

If you possess a PADI Open Water Diver, One Star Diver, PADI Rescue Diver, or a comparable certification, you are welcome to join this scuba diving experience at Moreno Lake.
