Tour Details
At the specified time, the tour begins with a pickup at your hotel, setting off along Avenida Ezequiel Bustillo to uncover the stunning vistas that define San Carlos de Bariloche.
The first stop is Playa Bonita, located on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi. Here, we can spot Isla Huemul, an uninhabited island with a mysterious history that will be revealed during the journey.
Continuing along the lake, we will arrive at Cerro Campanario hill, a popular spot for many travelers aiming to reach its summit at 1,050 meters (3,444 feet). Most choose the famous chair lift, and the views from the top make it a worthwhile experience.
Next, the itinerary includes a visit to Hotel Llao-Llao, recognized as a National Historic Monument. We will appreciate its exterior architecture, a symbol of Bariloche, while learning about its storied past. Nearby, Llao-Llao Municipal Park will astound with its rich environmental heritage.
The tour continues towards Angostura Bridge, where Moreno Lake meets Lake Nahuel Huapi, presenting us with an unforgettable view. We will then visit Bahía Lopez, a beloved locale for locals, before making our way to Cerro Capilla, another notable peak in the region.
We will ascend to the Punto Panorámico, providing a spectacular overview of the surrounding landscapes. From this vantage point, we can see the Llao Llao peninsula and the lakes below, truly capturing the essence of Bariloche.
Our journey concludes with a crossing over the Moreno Lake Bridge, offering views of El Treból Lake, providing a final stunning panorama before returning.
