Details of the Day Trip
At the scheduled time, we will set off from Bariloche along the scenic National Route 40, a celebrated roadway guiding us toward Nahuel Huapi Lake. As we travel, picturesque views of the Limay River and the expansive Patagonian steppe will unfold before us.
After a 1.5-hour drive, we will reach Villa La Angostura in the province of Neuquén. Here, we'll navigate through the town center and pause in the shopping zone to appreciate the charming alpine-style wooden architecture that characterizes the area.
Once we explore the quaint historic center, our journey will continue into the surrounding area of Villa La Angostura, allowing us to observe the indigenous flora of the Arrayanes forest enveloping the village.
In addition, we will relish the breathtaking vistas of the Nahuel Huapi National Park and the Quetrihué peninsula, a remarkable site jutting into the lake bay, offering truly spectacular views!
Our adventure will conclude as we return to the pickup location in Bariloche, wrapping up this 6-hour day of exploration.
Villa La Angostura and Cerro Bayo
During the winter months, from July 1 to September 15, this trip includes an exciting stop at Cerro Bayo.
In this case, we will leave Bariloche to visit the famed Cerro Bayo ski resort. If desired, you can take the cable car to the summit for awe-inspiring views. Following this, we will proceed to Villa La Angostura to enjoy the usual tour, which will close with your return to the hotel approximately 8 hours later.
Pickup Information
The tour provides pickup services from hotels located in central Bariloche and along Av. Bustillo up to km 8700. If your accommodation is situated elsewhere, please make your way to the meeting point at Calle Rolando, 287.

Important information
15 minutes before the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel. Please be ready at your hotel's reception beforehand.
This activity includes pickup from hotels in the centre of San Carlos de Bariloche and along Av. Bustillo up to km 8700. If you're staying in a different area, you'll have to make your own way to the meeting point located at the MS Turismo Offices, at the following address: Rolando 287 2° piso, Of. 8, R8400 San Carlos de Bariloche, Río Negro, Argentina. Please arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand.
Villa La Angostura and Cerro Bayo
