Your journey commences once we collect you from your hotel in Barranquilla at a time that suits you, leading us to the pier where the adventure begins.

Once you step aboard the boat, you’ll set off on an extraordinary river cruise along the Magdalena River. Your knowledgeable guide will share captivating stories about the river’s rich history and the stunning scenery it offers, as this waterway is a cornerstone of Colombia.

As we glide through the waters, we will traverse under the magnificent Pumarejo Bridge, which is a splendid engineering feat inaugurated in 2019. Our journey along the Magdalena River will take us to the peaceful Salamanca Island Park. Within this protected area, you will discover a wide variety of native species and explore its incredible biodiversity.

This river cruise also unveils the significant influence of the Magdalena River on the surrounding communities. Although it may not be the longest river in Colombia, its importance is paramount, having supported trade and cultural interactions among local populations since pre-Columbian eras.
