Description
Embark on a remarkable diving journey in Baru! We will gather at the Scubatai Beach Club at the arranged time. Once ready, we'll board a boat that will transport us to discover the breathtaking underwater world beneath the crystal-clear Caribbean sea.
Our adventure begins at a sprawling coral reef barrier, where we will go over essential safety protocols before starting our first dive. Are you excited to take the plunge? It’s time to delve into the lush marine ecosystem surrounding Baru's island. Expect to encounter an array of species including parrotfish, trumpetfish, barracudas, and turtles; the diversity of life here is simply remarkable!
Following this, we will proceed to a shipwreck site, where you can observe the remnants of multiple sunken vessels. Our second dive will reveal how various marine creatures have adapted to these wrecks, turning them into unique habitats.
After these exhilarating dives, we will return to the boat and make our way back to our starting location. The entire experience will span between two and a half to three hours, ensuring you leave with remarkable memories of this underwater oasis.
Requirements for certified divers
Please remember to bring your international diving certification along. Non-certified participants will be unable to join the second dive, but they can still enjoy the shipwreck view from the surface.

On the day of the activity, we'll meet at the designated time at the Scubatai Beach Club (https://maps.app.goo.gl/tMW5SQYgJ3A9A4TG9) in Baru.
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women or people who have a flight during the following 24 hours.
- If you have an international diving certification please remember to bring it with you. Non-certified divers won't be able to do the second dive but will still be able to appreciate the shipwreck from the surface.
