We will gather at Place Québec in Bayeux at the prearranged time to set off towards Normandy.

After a scenic drive of approximately 90 minutes, you will reach Mont-Saint-Michel, recognized as the second most popular destination in France following Paris. This remarkable rocky island is situated at the mouth of the Couesnon River, near the border that divides Normandy and Brittany.

The experience begins with an exploration of the Mont-Saint-Michel Abbey. This medieval sanctuary is dedicated to the archangel St Michael, showcasing the striking Romanesque elements of the abbey church and the Marvelle, where the monks once resided.

As we guide you through the cloister, refectory, and other significant areas of the abbey, we will unveil various mysteries and legends surrounding Mont-Saint-Michel. Numerous tales have inspired films and literary creations like the novel The Angel's Promise. Additionally, we will discuss several enigmas that have long captivated visitors.

Following this, you will enjoy 1 hour of free time in the vicinity of Mont-Saint-Michel, allowing you to have lunch and explore the quaint streets of the village that lies at the base of the abbey. Climbing up to the viewpoints is highly recommended, as they offer breathtaking vistas of the bay.

Eventually, we will regroup for the return journey to Bayeux, completing our adventure in about 8 hours.
