Tour Details
Your day begins with a pick-up from your Beijing hotel, followed by an insightful journey through the city’s historical treasures.
We will first visit the Temple of Heaven, renowned as one of the largest sacred temples in the country, where emperors once performed rituals to express gratitude for abundant harvests.
Next, we will head to the Forbidden City, celebrated as the largest and best-preserved imperial palace in China. This magnificent complex was home to 24 emperors over a span of 500 years. Our guided visit will delve into its significant historical milestones, unveiling the intriguing anecdotes that surround it.
Following a break for lunch, our tour continues to the Summer Palace, which served as the imperial garden across various dynasties and a serene retreat from the stifling heat of the Forbidden City during summers.
We will conclude this enriching 8-hour journey by returning you to your hotel.
