Your journey begins with a convenient pick-up from your hotel in Beirut at the prearranged time as we set off on an exploration of the Qadisha Valley and the Cedars of God Forest. Prepare yourself for a day filled with the wonders of nature and rich historical tales!

Initially, we will venture into the Qadisha Valley, referred to as the Holy Valley, which earned its World Heritage Site designation in 1998. This valley, characterized by its steep cliffs and majestic summits, has served as a refuge for monks and hermits facing persecution throughout the ages. A visit to the caves and grottoes that were once the sites of numerous monasteries promises an extraordinary experience!

Following this, we head to the renowned Cedars of God Forest, an iconic landmark in Lebanon. Here you can delve into its extensive history while breathing in the fresh mountain air and admiring the ancient cedars, some of which have existed for millennia.

Our next stop is Bisharri, the birthplace of the esteemed Lebanese poet, painter, novelist, and essayist, Khalil Gibran. We will visit the Gibran Museum, located within the Saint Sarkis Forest, which celebrates his remarkable life and works. Together, we will marvel at the seamless integration of culture, history, and nature as we explore ancient monasteries and a nearby Phoenician tomb.

After this enriching cultural exploration, we will pause for lunch in the vicinity, providing a splendid chance to savor authentic Lebanese dishes.
