Combú Island Boat Ride
Description
During this boat excursion around Combú Island, you will explore an environmentally protected zone nestled along the Guamá River.
Boat Tour of Combú Island
We will begin the journey with a timely pickup from your accommodation in Belén, directing you to the water taxi dock at Plaza Princesa Isabel.
Once there, we will set sail on an exceptional boat adventure to Combú Island. This tour will take you through the Environmental Preservation Area (APA) situated alongside the Guamá River. As we navigate the river, you'll have the opportunity to observe the living conditions of local river communities and immerse yourself in the lush surroundings of the Amazon rainforest.
Afterwards, we will disembark on Combú Island to explore the community of Boa Vista do Acará, where a brief walking tour awaits.
Following this, our journey will take us to Dona Nena Café, located near Casa do Chocolate Filha do Combu, where you can discover the process of crafting artisanal chocolate in the Amazon.
To conclude this experience, we will return by boat to the original departure pier in Belén. From there, we will transport you back to your hotel, marking the end of this 4-hour tour.
